SIGNIFICANT EVENT REPORT







Pursuant to Article 64 of the Law on the Market of Securities and Other Financial Instruments, we hereby notify our shareholders and members of the Stock Exchange and the Central Registry that Tigar AD’s Board of Directors held its 19th meeting on 28 December 2007, at which it took the following decisions:



I. Decision adopting the 2008-2010 Business Plan of Tigar AD and its subsidiaries; and



II. Decision convening an extraordinary session of the General Assembly of Shareholders:



 An extraordinary session of Tigar AD’s General Assembly of Shareholders is hereby convened for 27 February 2008, starting at noon, with the following agenda:



1. Election of Chairperson of the General Assembly of Shareholders; and

2. Passing of a resolution within the scope of the General Assembly of Shareholders, concerning the execution of a transaction involving the acquisition and disposal of high-value assets by and between Tigar AD and Michelin Finance, and Tigar AD and Tigar Tyres d.o.o Pirot.



 A list of shareholders who are entitled to attend this extraordinary session of the General Assembly will be compiled as of 10 January 2008.
