REPORT ON THE IMPORTANT EVENT
/Management Board Resolution on determining the dividend day/
Pursuant to Article 44.1.13 of the Memorandum of Association of DIN “Fabrika duvana” a.d. Niš, a Philip Morris International affiliate (hereinafter: the Company), and in connection with the Resolution of the Company Shareholders’ Assembly on allocation of funds as per adopted financial report for 2006, dated May 11, 2007, the Company Management Board at its third regular meeting in 2007, held on May 21, 2007, adopted the following
RESOLUTION
It is hereby determined that the dividend day for payment of dividends for the Company shares is the Shareholders’ Assembly meeting date – May 11, 2007.
The payment of dividends for the Company shares will be effectuated in money to the Company shareholders registered as such on the dividend day, stipulated in the previous paragraph of this Resolution.
The list of the shareholders entitled to dividends in line with the Company Resolutions, will be obtained from the Central Securities Depository of the Republic of Serbia (CRHoV) on the dividend day, whereby only those persons whose names are contained in the CRHoV list shall have the right to the payment of dividends.
The Company shall not be hold liable for any payment effectuated as per the CRHoV list of the shareholders if it proves out that, due to some reason, the list contained an error with regards to certain data specified.

RESOLUTION
It is hereby determined that the dividend day for payment of dividends for the Company shares is the Shareholders’ Assembly meeting date – May 11, 2007.
