Lazo Ostojić, Executive Director of the Belgrade Stock Exchange, and Professor Emeritus Hasan Hanić, PhD, President of the Belgrade Banking Academy, signed a cooperation agreement under the BGDx Bloomberg Finance Lab initiative, the Belgrade Stock Exchange’s educational and research center.
The collaboration brings together academic education and research with practical expertise, modern financial technologies, and the needs of capital markets.
Through hands-on experience with Bloomberg terminals, students will have the opportunity to analyze financial data, monitor market trends, and apply their knowledge in practice. For faculty members, the center offers additional opportunities for professional development and the use of advanced financial tools in teaching and research.
The collaboration also includes support for academic research, student projects, investment simulations and competitions, as well as professional lectures, workshops, internships, and joint participation in conferences and other industry events.
Through BGDx Bloomberg Finance Lab, the Belgrade Stock Exchange continues to strengthen its partnerships with the academic community, contributing to the education of future financial professionals and the development of Serbia’s capital market.
