The fourth market-maker – Synergy Capital a.d. Beograd for shares of ENHL
As of Monday 6.7.2009, the Exchange member Synergy Capital a.d. Beograd will start to conduct market-making operations for shares of the issuer Energoprojekt holding a.d. Beograd (ENHL). This will be the third company listed on the regulated market to have its market-maker.
Synergy Capital a.d Beograd was founded in 2002, and has been a member of the Belgrade Stock Exchange since 7.11.2003. In 2008, this broker-dealer company was among the top five broker companies in terms of the participation in the total share trading.
Energoprojekt holding a.d. Beograd was founded in 1951 as a consulting company which developed into a complex business system integrating 18 companies in the country and over 40 subsidiaries and joint venture companies abroad. Holding a.d. as the parent company and its subsidiaries have developed a large spectrum of activities including the following: energy, town planning and environment protection, infrastructure, architecture, industry, information technology, real estate, insurance and re-insurance, bond trading and financial mediation, industrial manufacture programs and graphic multi media engineering. Through a network of regional offices, branches, joint ventures and other forms of corporations, Energoprojekt holding a.d. Beograd manages operations in 24 countries on four continents.
The shares of Energoprojekt Holding have been traded on the Belgrade Stock Exchange since 7.5.2001, and are included in the leading index of the Belgrade Stock Exchange BELEX15 since its creation. Since 19. 07.2007, the shares of Energoprojekt holding have been listed on the Prime Market of the regulated market. On the last day of June the price of these shares amounted to RSD733, a rise of 32.31% since the beginning of the year.
